All scanners are brand new and shipped directly to domestic U.S. addresses only via UPS (you can select from several UPS shipping options). Scanner Bundles: When you purchase a Scanner Bundle it includes your scanner, a computer cable (serial cable with Uniden, USB cable with GRE)and your choice of our ScanControl Basic, Full or PRO Edition Software (latest version) at a discounted price. Bundled software is delivered via download from our Web Site as part of the purchase process. If purchasing a Uniden Bundle and you only have USB ports on your computer you will need a USB to Serial Converter. See our Accessories page for details.
